| These camel safaris are a unique opportunity to experience
wildlife on the Fitzroy River of the Kimberley. Birdlife in the area abounds, drawn to the permanent water source of the river. We will see birds at close range and inspect nests while gliding high up on our camels through the
Riverine Forest. Night birds are readily heard. Spotlighting for crocodiles will be part of the tour. We will carry field guides and reference material, but you will need your own binoculars. Around the campfire we will discuss field identification and undertake a
log of the day’s sightings.
